Hello, welcome to TaoMetrix.

We are an AI hardware development and manufacturing company based in Shajing, Bao’an, Shenzhen, China.

Established in 2005, TaoMetrix has more than 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. Our factory covers approximately 20,000 square meters across five floors.

Our production capabilities include 12 SMT lines, 6 DIP lines and 4 final assembly lines. We support PCB assembly, component integration, product assembly, functional testing, quality inspection and packaging.

At TaoMetrix, we work with global startups, product teams and hardware brands. Our projects cover AI wearables, smart glasses, smart cameras, smart home devices, robots, health products and edge AI systems.

Before production, our engineering team reviews the product structure, electronics, components, sensors, power system and software connections. We help identify problems early and improve the design for assembly and manufacturing.

On the production floor, every product is built step by step. Our teams install boards, connect cables, fix components and assemble the enclosure according to defined processes.

After assembly, products go through functional checks, interface testing, power testing, temperature checks and final quality inspection. We focus on stable and repeatable production results.

For new products, we can support the full path from engineering prototype and pilot production to larger-volume manufacturing.
